Dilution Ratios

Full Strength

Full strength is recommended for first time uses on surfaces and should be used in environments with high rates of bacteria, mold and mildew.

9:1 Food-Contact & Daily Surface Sanitizer

The 9:1 dilution is intended for non-porous surfaces as a daily sanitizer. It can be used in high-traffic areas or areas that are high touch, such as doorknobs, counter tops, etc.

5:1 Carpet, Rug, and Soft Surfaces Sanitizer

The 5:1 dilution should be used for carpet or soft surface sanitization. The surface should be free of excessive soil before applying. Repeat teh process as needed.

Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)

As with all disinfecting and sanitizing cleaners, the EPA recommends utilizing an N95 respirator mask when spraying. Do not walk into the spray.

Disinfectant Cleaner

San-Assure disinfects, without harming, non-porous surfaces such as glass, plastic, painted wood, laminate, chrome, stainless steel, polyurethane coated hardwood floors, glazed ceramic tile, sealed concrete, linoleum floors, appliance exteriors, bed frames, cabinet handles, wheelchairs, child car seats, counters, cribs, doorknobs, tables, tubs, exterior toilet surfaces, faucet handles, handrails, jungle gyms, keyboards, light switch covers, patio furniture, showers, sinks, stovetops, telephones, toys, walls and waste containers.

Allow surface to remain wet for 5 minutes or 10 minutes for virus inactivation. Allow surfaces to remain wet for 10 minutes for bacterial disinfection.

Fungicide, Mold & Mildew Killer

Fungus On Hard, Non-Porous Surfaces

Remove visible surface dirt and apply San-Assure until thoroughly wet. The surface must be completely wet for 10 minutes. Reapply when cleaning or when new growth appears. Allow to air dry.

Mold & Mildew

San-Assure is a mildewstat for mold and mildew on floors, walls, ceilings and fabric. The product must come in contact with the mold or mildew to be effective. The surface must be completely wet for 10 minutes. Allow to air dry.

Food-Contact Surface Sanitizer

For food-contact surfaces, including glassware, utensils, cookware and dishware pre-wash with a good detergent and rinse with potable water. Then, sanitize by immersion in San-Assure 9:1 dilution for 1 minute. Allow to dry – do not rinse or wipe.

For food-contact immobile surfaces (food processing equipment, counter tops, tables, appliances, etc.) remove all good particles and soil and rinse with potable water. Ensure all appliances and electronics are unplugged. Apply San-Assure thoroughly and let stand for 1 minute. Allow surface to air dry – do not rinse or wipe.

Non-Porous Surface Sanitizer

Apply San-Assure as a one-step cleaner sanitizer by wetting thoroughly and let stand 5 minutes. Wipe and allow to air dry. No rinse required.

Carpet & Rug Sanitizer

Sanitize Carpet

San-Assure is used to sanitize and eliminate stains, odor, urine and feces from carpet.

For synthetic carpet fibers, test for color fastness in an inconspicuous area – not intended for use on wool carpets. Carpet must be cleaned and free of excessive dirt and soil prior to application.

Dampen but do not saturate; apply at a rate of 2.5 oz per square foot. Work the product down to the carpet pad with a sponge or brush and allow to sit for 60 minutes. Do not rinse. Allow to air dry. Repeat process as needed.

Sanitize Carpet by Spot Treatment

Spray a light even coating on soiled area from a distance of 6-8 inches until wet. Do not saturate. Allow to remain wet for 60 minutes; then, gently blot area with a clean, damp, color-safe cloth. Repeat as needed for stubborn stains. Let air dry.

Soft Surface Sanitizer

To sanitize soft surfaces such as fabric and upholstery, test for color fastness in an inconspicuous area, then spray San-Assure from 6-8 inches until fabric is wet. Do not saturate. Work into fabric and let stand for 5 minutes. Allow to air dry.

Deodorizer

Effective on harsh odors such as tobacco, fire smoke, musty odors, cooking odors, sports equipment and pet urine, San-Assure eliminates odors at the source on a molecular level. Product must come into contact with the cause of the odor to be effective.

Storage and Expiration

Store San-Assure in it’s original container in a cool, dry place. San-Assure can be stored for 2 years unopened, 1 year opened, and 30 days if diluted.
